Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but seeking support is a powerful act of strength. Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, struggling with relationships, or managing stress and anxiety, therapy offers a space to reflect, reset, and move forward with clarity.
I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you - it’s about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported while also exploring your experiences, letting go of what no longer serves you, and building tools for lasting change. Healing looks different for everyone, and so does therapy. Our work together will be a partnership - flexible, tailored to your needs, and drawing from different therapeutic approaches to support your journey.
As a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapist, I take a strength-based approach that meets you where you are - whether you’re seeking gentle support or ready to challenge yourself toward growth. You don’t have to stay stuck. You are capable of change, and I’d be honoured to support you. Whenever you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.

(He/Him/His)
My name is Nigel Edokpolo and I identify as a member of BIPOC with my background being Nigerian, Scottish and Irish and I identify as a male. I love to laugh, have fun, sleep, and live life. Words to describe myself are, confident, humorous, understanding, empathic, stubborn and loving.
Within our time together it will be a journey however long or short, but our joint goal I hope, is to take steps towards the betterment of yourself. Regrets, Traumas, Pains, and Fears, all are issues that people develop and please note… coming to therapy does not mean your problems are any less valuable than the next person. The bravest word in any language is help and together through whatever issues you are facing It would be my pleasure to work with you through these matters. Being a member of BIPOC and a male can be troubling, but I promise that I will work my hardest for you and work together in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. I hope that we build our rapport together and develop ourselves through out sessions together. Moments of laughter, sadness, anger, happiness may all be experienced and I hope to become someone you can depend on in future sessions. I look forward to getting to know you and working together and I will leave you with two of my favourite quotes.
We do have a lot in common. The same earth, the same air, the same sky. Maybe if we started looking at what’s the same, instead of looking at what’s different, well, who knows?
